Tagging and social bookmarking would work in larger libraries where staff are rotated throughout the library. For example at the reference desk each staff member could place any resouces found to be very useful on this site and other staff would be able to access this information. This would be an invaluable site as all staff could utilise this information and the user would benefit from fast efficient search strategies.
