Week 11

Google Docs would be a great tool to use in the library. Currently any new documents written or newsletters produced have to be sent to the Manager for proof reading as an attachment, this is not an effective way to do this as not only time consuming but also we end up with a lot of draft copies on our computer. This would also be good when working with other librarians writing reports for new policies concerning the library.
